KEIGHLEY rock band Indianic are bringing a new global sensibility to their music.

The alternative rock quintet have named their latest release The World And Its Problems.

The EP, which features five songs, is available to download from many online outlets including iTunes, Amazon and Spotify.

The boys plan to make a CD version of the EP available at their gigs.

The rockers returned to the live circuit last Saturday with a gig at the King’s Arms, Haworth, supported by Kath & The Kicks.

Musician Johann Shepherd said: “Indianic will be back in the New Year with more gigs and festivals, plus another EP will be recorded in spring for launch in summer.”

Indianic were formed in 2011 with several members from long-established Keighley indie band The Undecided, plus the frontman from Dead Rockers Society.

They are inspired by bands including The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, Arctic Monkeys, Kasabian and Oasis.

Members describe their own sound as a mixture of indie rock and post punk delivered with a force of high-energy.
