IT’S A FEW years since Enter Shikari were delighting local rock fans at CJ’s in Keighley.

The Low Mill Lane venue, now Khalid’s restaurant, hosted the up-and-coming band amidst a host of popular Keighley acts.

Enter Shikari can now fill bigger and more prestigious venues across the UK and Europe after three successful albums.

They’re back on the road this winter to promote their fourth studio album The Mindsweep.

The album comes three years after the release of their last long-player, A Flash Flood Of Colour, which entered the UK charts at number one.

This was followed by extensive touring including Russia, Indonesia and Weston-Super-Mare, and the release of three stand-alone singles.

Enter Shikari last year toured the USA as a main stage act on the legendary Warped Tour, played massive shows in Russia and performed at Reading and Leeds Festival.

The band have proclaimed The Mindsweep as containing some of their rawest and angriest vocals, along with some of their most delicate and dulcet.

The album has been described as a “double-barrelled, double-battery, double-fisted spacehopper!”.
