PREPARATIONS for the latest Bingley Robertshaw Festival of Music Speech and Drama are well underway.
This year's events will again be held at Beckfoot School, Bingley.
Classes take place on the evening of Friday March 6 and all day on Saturday March 7.
Spokesman for the volunteer-run festival Jennifer Marshall said: "The quality of the entrants is quite astonishing and it has been amazing to watch their progress and developing skills and confidence over the years.
"It would be a tremendous advantage to all concerned if we could attract a wider audience.
"All sessions are open to the general public and not just to the supporters of the competitors.
"In order to make the festival as inclusive as possible we make every effort to keep our entry fees down to an affordable level.
"However, the cost of setting up the event is considerable, and we're grateful to the Friends of the Robertshaw Festival who willingly make annual donations to us."
