THE FUSE Art Space in Bradford is hosting music nights this month.
Psych folk connoisseur Joshua Burkett, one of New Weird America’s early pioneers affiliated with Sunburned Hand of the Man, presents his "frenetic, impressively free-form" guitar playing and "modest vocal performance" on Tuesday, June 21.
He will be joined by Crystalline Roses for a dose of acid folk transcendentalism, and by Manchester's bewitching Jon Collin.
The following day sees New York's Eartheater delivering her cosmic folk song and musique concrète collage with the "boundless energy of psychedelia".
Eartheater explores incendiary subjects like alternate realities strung in the vastness of infinity, the ambiguity of words, moral surreality, the evolution of sexuality in a digital age, and the nature of the mother board.
