SOUTH Asian arts organisation Kala Sangam is organising a children’s arts summer camp.

The camp will run from Monday to Saturday, July 25 to 29, from 9.30am to 3.30pm at the Kala Sangam Arts Centre in Forster Square, Bradford.

The summer school will be accompanied by a breakfast and after-school club.

There are workshops for children aged from six to 13 where they can discover their talents in dance, music, acting or visual arts.

Leading the sessions are professionals from Kala Sangam, Dance United Yorkshire, the Yorkshire School of Acting and Young Masters: Idle Arts Studio.

Kala Sangam is a Bradford-based national organisation for South Asian arts, culture and heritage.

It hosts a range of South Asian arts performances, classes and workshops in the arts, in addition to an extensive programme of community work with young people, families and minority groups.
