THE GROUNDS of East Riddlesden Hall will be the setting for a wildlife walk on September 5.
A flora and fauna expert will lead the stroll along the banks of the River Aire below the 17th century National Trust manor house.
Walkers are advised to take along suitable footwear because he feels can get muddy after high rainfall. Take binoculars for a chance to see wild flowers, birds and fallow deer.
The hour-long walk starts at 10.30am from the shop. Children are welcome, but not dogs.
The walk is free with admission to the hall, but booking is advisable by calling 0844 2491895.
