BINGLEY Music Live will offer more than just music when the festival returns to Myrtle Park next month.

Organisers of the Bradford Council-run festival promise an eclectic mix of food outlets offering wood-fired pizza, Indian kebabs, fish fingers, Mexican food, fish and chips, doughnuts and Caribbean food.

A wide range of alcohol and soft drinks will be served at the festival bar, including lager, cider, wine, spirits and sodas and cask ale.

There will also be Cocktail Mandy’s and Gin TT’s with the added bonus of entertainment from a collection of buskers.

The Kids Zone area will provide activities including giant games, sand play, den-building, spider tower, crafts, circus skills performances and workshops.

For the first time there will be fun fair rides for children and adults.

Shopping is catered for with a ‘mini village’ among the trees, boasting more than 20 stalls with arts and crafts, henna tattoos and festival clothing. There will be Bingley Music live band merchandise.

Acts at this year’s festival include Echo and the Bunnymen, Tinie Tempah, Travis, Sigma, All Saints, Sigala, We Are Scientists, Black Grape, Peter Hook and the Light, Anne-Marie and Ordinary Boys.
