THE FANTASTICALLY magical Rudolf and the tremendously terrifying The Witches are in residence at the West Yorkshire Playhouse in Leeds.

Santa’s famous reindeer will delight children aged two and above until December 31, while Roald Dahl’s cackling ladies will hold court from Friday December 2 to January 21.

Directed by Eva Sampson, Rudolf promises to ignite young imaginations in a delightful story of the true meaning of Christmas.

The Witches, billed as Dahl’s scariest tale for older children, is directed by Nikolai Foster and features mind-boggling illusions and stupendously scary surprises.

It’s Rudolf’s first day at Reindeer School and he’s feeling nervous.

Rudolf has a furry little face, tiny little hooves and lovely little antlers just like the other reindeers. The one problem is his big red nose.

Worrying he doesn’t fit in, Rudolf feels like he’ll never get the chance to pull Santa’s sleigh. But, with the help of the kind Ugly Duckling, will he make friends and fulfil his dreams?

Watch Santa’s most famous reindeer discover the importance of kindness on a magical journey of discovery and friendship.

Witches absolutely detest children. They find them revolting and are planning to wipe them out like weasels! They want to squish them and squiggle them and make them disappear.

But one brave young boy and his grandmother have a plan to get rid of the witches for good… if only they can avoid being turned into mice.

A cast of actor-musicians promise fabulously frightening Dahlicious moments for children aged seven and above.
