GUIDED walks this month take in the Worth Valley, Ilkley Crags, Shipley Glen, Eldwick, and Tynersal and Tong in Bradford.

Tong to Tyersal and Return is the title of a five-mile circular walk on Thursday February 9.

Meet Nigel at 1pm at the Greyhound public house car park, Tong village, for a walk taking in coal mines, disused railways, woods and countryside.

Ilkley Crags is the destination for a five-mile circular walk on Sunday February 12. Meet Raymond Wood at 10.30am at West View car park, Wells Road, Ilkley.

Towards Eldwick, on Wednesday, February 15, is a four-mile circular walk setting off from Shipley Glen.

Meet Gillian Dale at 10. 45am at the Bracken Hall Centre, Glen Road, for a walk through the woods to Eldwick village.

Ormston Return, on Sunday February 19, is five-mile circular walk around the Worth Valley. Meet Anthony Green at 10:30am at Haworth railway station.

Coming up at the next few months will be walks in East Morton and Micklethwaite, Cullingworth, Silsden, Leeming, Crossflatts, the Cow and Calf Rocks at Ilkley, and Thornbury and Tong Park in Bradford.
