A WALK on Silsden Moor will bring to an end the autumn/winter season of Bradford Council guided walks.

The circular seven-mile walk on March 22 will take in field paths and tracks in upland pastoral countryside.

Walkers should meet Howard Lloyd at 11am at the war memorial in the centre of Silsden.

Cullingworth is the setting for a six-mile circular walk on Sunday led by Martin Dyche and starting from Cullingworth War Memorial in Halifax Road at 10.30am.

Ken Allen Senior will lead walkers across the moors at Leeming for five miles, taking in views of several reservoirs, on March 19. Meet at Oxenhope railway station at 10.45am.
