KEIGHLEY band Soul Train will perform a charity concert at Victoria Hall in Keighley on Saturday, June 17.
The nine-piece band are a revamped line-up of the hugely popular Keighley band Soulfish who made their debut six months ago at the Okeh Soul Club’s New Year’s Eve party.
This time they take to the stage to raise money for life-changing spinal surgery for Riddlesden boy Ryan Weatherall, who has cerebral palsy.
Soul Train singer Mark Owen said: “The band are really looking forward to this event, as it's for a great and much-needed cause.
“The band are looking at putting on a lively performance of classic soul and Motown hits, along with a performance from Kiki Deville, a former contestant of The Voice.”
Ryan's Wish to Walk needs to raise a total of £40,000 to cover the cost of the operation and the intensive physiotherapy for Ryan's aftercare.
Visit ryanswishtowalk.com to book tickets, which cost £12.
