KEIGHLEY goth rock band Skeletal Family will head off to the USA next month for a tour.
The band will perform at 10 cities between October 29 and November 11 including Los Angeles, San Diego, Seattle, Philadelphia, Rhode Island and New York.
One of the band’s members, Roger “Trotwood” Nowell, will be out in the States a few weeks earlier in his other role as Paul Weller’s guitar technician.
The Skels recently played Hebden Bridge Trades Club and will play a music festival in Poland before crossing the Atlantic. Afterwards they will perform a guest slot for the Eden House album launch in London.
Local fans can see Skeletal Family of October 21 at the Exchange Arts Centre in Russell Street, Keighley.
Skeletal Family was one of the UK’s leading Goth bands in the 1980s, reforming several years later and going on to further success on both sides of the Atlantic and across Europe with original singer Anne-Marie Hurst back on the mic.
Visit exchangearts.co.uk to book tickets for the Keighley gig, which feature support from Danse Society.
