KEIGHLEY’ S market hall will host a book signing by Bradford author E Rachael Hardcastle on December 17.

She will spend all day in the market, particularly at Millers Book Exchange, to mark the release of her latest novella Noah Finn & the Art of Suicide.

She will read from her independently-published books and sign copies, following a similar event on December 2 from 12.30pm to 3.30pm at the Oastler Shopping Centre in Bradford.

Rachael, who was invited by Bradford Markets, hopes to bring more people into the markets to help support independent booksellers.

Millers is among the first independent books jobs to stock Rachael’s work, including her number one US Amazon bestseller Finding Pandora.

A Bradford Markets spokesman said: “We are always looking at ways to animate space with interactive, community-inspired activities.

“Markets are traditionally known to have a long history of heritage, culture and community which is reflected in many of the stalls and market traders in our indoor markets.”
