PICTURE House manager Jamie Sutcliffe has highlighted two movies due to arrive at the Keighley cinema early in the New Year.

Mr Sutcliffe, who took over the North Street cinema earlier this year, said the first film due for release in January was entitled The Greatest Showman and was greatly inspired by the imagination of American circus founder PT Barnum.

He said: “It is an original musical that celebrates the birth of showbusiness and tells of a visionary who rose from nothing to create a spectacle that became a worldwide sensation. This stars Hugh Jackman, Michelle Williams and Zac Efron.

“January also see the return of Pitch Perfect with its third film, due for release on January 22. If you enjoyed the first two I’m sure you will want to see this one too.

“Following their win at the world championships, the now-separated Bellas reunite for one last singing competition at an overseas tour, but face a group who uses both instruments and voices.”
