IF YOU’RE a Marvel fan then it’s the time you’ve been waiting for!

Years of films have led us to this humongous time in Marvel history, 10 years worth of Marvel Cinematic Universe storylines to be exact. Avengers: Infinity War (12a) is right around the corner with its release on April 26.

Iron Man, Thor, the Hulk and the rest of the Avengers unite to battle their most powerful enemy yet, the evil Thanos. On a mission to collect all six Infinity Stones, Thanos plans to use the artifacts to inflict his twisted will on reality.

The fate of the planet and existence itself has never been more uncertain as everything the Avengers have fought for has led up to this moment. I’m sure you’re just as excited as I am for this one!

I’m predicting it’s going to be a big one so advance booking are available now from our website so you can rest assured you won’t miss out on seeing your favourite character!

Although this is the time for superhero films, it is understandable if you prefer something less action and more drama: if so, then Tully (15) may be one for you. With its UK release set for May for, Marlo (Charlize Theron) a mother of three, is gifted a night nanny by her brother.

At first she is hesitant to the extravagance but as the story goes on Marlo comes to form a unique bond with the thoughtful, surprising, and sometimes challenging young nanny named Tully (Mackenzie Davis).

This looks like a lot of fun; almost an adult Mary Poppins.

The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society (12a) was released on April 20.

This is a British historical drama directed by Mike Newell and written by Don Roos and Tom Bezucha.

The film is based on the 2008 novel of the same name, written by Mary Ann Shaffer and Annie Barrows.

A correspondence begins between Juliet Ashton and members of The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society, with them sharing their experiences of Nazi Occupied Guernsey.

When an idea for a book catches Juliet she goes to visit the island, making lifelong friends and taking life-changing steps along the way.

This book is told by way of letters and as the reader, you become enchanted by the writers of them and the love Juliet comes to feel for each of the Islanders; Dawsey, Amelia, Isola, Eben, Kit and Elizabeth.

It’s a beautiful story of love, friendship and the sadness of friends lost.

So if you like a film that captures your emotions I’m sure this one won’t disappoint.

Finally, I have received a few queries about the much anticipated X-Men spin-off film New Mutants which was due for release this April.

The release date has now been put back to late 2019 so don’t worry, you haven’t missed it! But keep your eyes peeled for the upcoming trailers.
