FANS of indie/funk pop music should listen out for the sounds of a new band making waves in Leeds.

Citrus Heights is a four-piece group whose members supported The Dunwells at the Brudenell Social Club earlier this year and also performed at the Merrion Street Festival. They have now released an EP, called 'Sweet Things'.

Members are Jamie Kelly – vocals, Benjamin Casey – guitar, Matthew Dixon – bass and Luke Chambers on drums.

Luke said: "We're making a very solid foothold in our home city, and we have a sound which has many influences, from Michael Jackson to Maroon 5."
