COURTNEY Marie Andrews will perform in Leeds as part of a tour promoting her new album Honest Life.
Courtney, hailed a phenomenal songwriter by Ryan Adams, has been on the road since she was 16 years old and left home in Arizona to join a band.
From busking and playing bars up and down both American coasts, she became a session and backup singer and guitarist for around 40 artists.
American Songwriter magazine said: “Andrews matches her sparkling voice with honeyed somber folk/country that when matched with often melancholy lyrics will give you shivers.”
Courtney will play the Brudenell Social Club in Leeds on February 27.
