A BAND led by young Cross Hills singer-songwriter Harry Wainwright Little will perform in London this weekend.

The Marble Arches have been booked for a second show in the capital after their debut performance was considered the “set of the night” by London promoters.

They will return on Saturday, February 3 to play The Islington, which has previously hosted gigs by the likes of Thurston Moore of Sonic Youth.

Harry said: “We look forward to being back in the capital in another venue with a great history.

“On top of this the band will be bringing it back home to play The Venue in Skipton on Friday February 16, courtesy of Drystone Radio who have helped to bring the band’s sound to the local area.”

Marble Arch previously played the world-famous Alleycat in Denmark Street, London, from a recording studio used by the Rolling Stones, The Kinks and Black Sabbath.
