BOOK: 11th Hour -- James Patterson

First published in Reviews by

San Francisco cop Lindsay Boxer gets involved in two cases in another full-to-bursting thriller featuring the Women's Murder Club.

One is the discovery of several heads in the garden of a renowned actor suspected -- but never convicted -- of murdering his wife several years before.

The other is the hunt for a man -- possibly a cop -- who is executing notorious drug dealers that escaped prosecution.

The trouble is his latest victim was an undercover cop, and other officers are still undercover and at risk from the vigilante.

The twin investigations, along with the domestic tangles of Lindsay's pathologist, reporter and lawyer friends, are satisfyingly juggled in this fast-moving story.
