MITCHELL Geoffrey Diana, Sarah, Paul, Andrew and their families would like thank the staff on AAU at AGH for the wonderful care Geoff received and for enabling us to be with him during his final stay. Huge thanks to everyone who attended Geoff's funeral service and for the very kind donations to Parkinsons UK and Manorlands Hospice, who will each receive £200. Many thanks to Simon, Shaun and the team at the Knowle Funeral Directors for their support, guidance and care and finally, thanks to Felicity Mensah for leading a beautiful service for Geoff.
