More than 50 adults and children took part in a christingle service at Keighley New Church, Braithwaite Village, on Sunday.

The service was led by Ann Argall, the church council chairman and Rainbow and Brownie leader.

Among those who enjoyed the event was minister the Rev Christine Bank, who for once was part of the congregation.

The service culminated with a rendition in candlelight of Away in a Manger.
