An Italian coffee specialist founded in Keighley is celebrating its success in helping three eateries win official industry recognition.
Casa Espresso has been supporting Buon Apps in Otley, Jeanette’s Cakery in Saltaire and Cafe Fortythree in Wakefield.
All of the businesses received Cup Accreditation in the Beverage Standards Association’s awards, which recognise the quality of hot drinks, alongside service and the environment in which they are served.
Both Jeanette’s Cakery and Buon Apps received four cups and were judged to be ‘exceptional’ after being secretly visited and tested on hot drinks. Cafe Fortythree was described as ‘excellent’ and was awarded three cups.
Harden resident Nino Di Rienzo owns Casa Espresso, which supplies premium Sanremo coffee machines and freshly-roasted speciality coffee to restaurants throughout Keighley and the Aire Valley.
