Sessions held to help people stop smoking
10:11am Monday 7th January 2013 in News
Women who want to stop smoking can join clubs in Bradford and Airedale.
The sessions are aimed at women who are either pregnant, thinking of becoming pregnant or have pre-school children and offer the opportunity to learn relaxation techniques, meet new people and stub out the habit.
The clubs, which run for 12 weeks, are free and will be held in five children’s centres in Wyke, Bierley, Ravenscliffe, Thorp Edge and Keighley.
For more information about the Time 4 Me clubs, call the stop smoking service on (01274) 202793 or e-mail ss.sba@nhs.net.
