Neighbours tackle Oakworth house blaze

Neighbours rallied round to tackle a fire early this morning at Harewood Crescent in Oakworth.
Residents threw buckets of water through a broken front door to put out flames in the living room of the house.
They managed to extinguish the flames by the time firefighters reached the semi-detached house.
The house was empty at the time and the owner, Dorothy Lund, had been away for the night.
She told the Keighley News that it appeared her house had been burgled.
