UFO sighted near Keighley UFO sighted near Keighley

This burning ball of light was spotted speeding across the night sky above Cross Roads.

The image was captured by theatre nurse Jeanette Bray on a mobile phone, outside her Myrtle Drive home.

Now Mrs Bray is appealing for anyone who can help shed light on the mystery object, which was seen at 8.58pm on Friday, February 15, to come forward.

Was this a genuine meteor or just a random piece of 'space junk' burning up in the atmosphere on re-entry?

Whatever it was, unless it can be firmly identified, it remains another UFO mystery sighting.

I can now categorically confirm that this celestial being was in fact deposed ex town councillor David Samuels as he reacted to someone challenging his viewpoints. As he furiously tapped another diatribe of utter nonsense he reached such a fever pitch that he spontaneously combusted. He was found mumbling incoherently at the back of the Civic Centre. Fortunately the CC wasn't damaged in the process and this jewel in the centre of keighley was preserved for all to enjoy. Mr Samuels was last seen staggering back to 'Crackpot Towers' chuntering (good word that) about KTC, councillors, precepts and pies.

People who live in glasshouses, spend a fortune on curtains... but they grow good tomatoes :)

I do grow tomatoes L.G.M, use to grow from seed, so you need the curtains open as long as possible while the seedlings mature.

Again L.G.M , if you have problems with ripening, you can put them in a brown paper bag on a window ledge, again the curtains need to be open.

Now you give it a go, I do have a greenhouse, but there are a lot of outdoor varieties L.G.M, and I feel that you will be well rewarded for the effort.

Thanks for the advice. I do like to grow my own veg when possible, unfortunately being away from home long periods of the year make it difficult sometimes unless its the 'plant and leave' kind of veg such as potatoes.

That is a problem, potatoes are a good bet these days as they are not cheep anymore.. Reds seem to do well,round here, worth trying.
If you are away a lot parsnips are useful, once they are established, you can try parsnip chips, make a nice change.
