Airedale Hospital has received a £1,000 boost – oh, yes it has!

Cash was collected during a pantomime group’s eight-performance run of Sleeping Beauty, and has been donated to the hospital’s haematology and oncology day unit.

A cheque was presented to Alan Davies, foundation trust governor for Craven.

The money was raised by Addingham Pantomime Group, some of whose members had been treated in the unit.

Pat Dyminski, clinical nurse specialist at Airedale NHS Foundation Trust, said: “This is a fantastic donation, which will help provide additional patient monitoring equipment to further improve patient care and treatment on the unit.”
