A Riddlesden fundraiser’s annual plant sale has raised £1,000 for three good causes.
Linda Clegg held the event at Riddlesden War Memorial on Sunday, and the sunny weather helped bring in the customers throughout the afternoon.
Money raised will be shared between Manorlands, Breakthrough Cancer Research and Yorkshire Kidney Research.
Mrs Clegg said: “The weather had been so horrible all week, but it was super on Sunday afternoon.
“We didn’t have as many people as last year, but this year hasn’t been good for plants and gardening.”
She thanked everyone who helped, including Homebase.
