Tickets go on sale this weekend for the tenth Proms on the Farm at Silsden.
This year’s event will take place on July 20 and will once again feature the Skelmanthorpe Band playing favourites from the Last Night of the Proms. Soloist will be Sarah Halstead.
For One Night Only – who came together to play as a one-off at the first Proms on the Farm event in 2003 – will return, as will Five and Dimers Country and Western Band.
“This is our tenth year of Proms on the Farm and we are hoping for a bumper crowd,” said organiser Rosalie Holroyd.
Tickets, priced £10, go on sale at Twiggs newsagent in Silsden on Saturday. Proceeds will once again be divided between the town’s Methodist Church and Manorlands.
