A surprise party was staged to mark a worker’s three decades at the Airedale Shopping Centre in Keighley.
Previous centre managers were among the guests at the event, celebrating Danny Carter’s 30-year milestone. The gathering was held at the town’s Liberal Club.
A congratulatory banner was also out in the shopping centre.
Earlier this month, Mr Carter (left), who is head of the centre’s maintenance team, was presented with the Employee of the Year accolade at the inaugural Keighley Business Awards.
Centre manager Steve Seymour said: “Danny is a Yorkshireman through and through – he says it as it is – and no one has a bad word to say about him. He gets on with the job in hand, come hell or high water, and he is such a trustworthy and reliable member of staff you know he will get the job done.”
