Tuesday: Yoga classes are held in the Village Hall every Tuesday afternoon, 11-12.30pm, contact Barbara on 665910. Braithwaite Village Crafters, meet on the first and third Tuesday of every month in Keighley New Church hall, 10am-noon. There is a charge of £2.50. They have recently made a donation of £150 to Manorlands.

Wednesday: Coffee Club at Laycock Village Hall with a book exchange from 10-noon, the first Wednesday of every month. There are free-range eggs for sale, contact Irene on 01535 662083.

Police Community Support Officers hold a contact point for residents of Braithwaite, Guardhouse and Laycock at the Keith Thompson Centre, Saturday mornings, 10-11am. All conversations are conducted in privacy on a one-to-one basis.
