Sutton woman Angela Riley has raised over £950 for Manorlands so far this year by selling free-range eggs and home-made produce.
She makes jams and chutneys to sell to neighbours and passers-by.
Manorlands regional fundraiser Hayley Ibbotson said: “The money Angela has raised is enough to fund one of our community nurses to visit and care for patients in their own homes for a week, which is fantastic.
“We’re very grateful to Angela for all the time and effort she puts in to supporting us all year round.”
