Coming up this August Bank Holiday weekend is Silsdenbury Fest a free event run by volunteers for the local community. Taking place in the park there will be two days of musical entertainment made up of tribute and local bands, a funfair which will be open on the Friday evening as well as Saturday and Sunday, a licensed bar and refreshments.
