Keighley town centre pub and nightclub sale details
5:30am Sunday 27th October 2013 in News
A Keighley pub and nightclub have been put up for sale.
Berlins club and Last Orders in North Street are being marketed for £295,000.
The premises are owned by Amber Taverns, which has about 70 pubs across the North, Midlands and Wales.
The company was contacted for comment by the Keighley News, but hadn’t responded at the time of going to press.
The sale is being handled by Leeds-based CBRE.
“We are seeking to sell the premises as a going concern,” said a spokesman.
CBRE is also joint selling agent – with Westlake & Co – for Steeton Hall, which closed on August 30.
The ten-bedroom hotel – owned by Punch Taverns – had been run under temporary management since April following the sudden departure of the previous tenant.
