A man and woman have appeared in court after burgling JS Langhorne Chemists in Oakworth early last month.
A local resident called police to report two people were breaking into the chemists in Lidget, and officers found the two suspects with items stolen during the raid.
The 38-year-old man and 37-year-old woman, both from Keighley, were remanded in custody while awaiting trial for burglary.
When they appeared in court this month, the pair pleaded guilty to burglary, and the man was given a six-month prison sentence, suspended for two years.
He was ordered to take part in drug rehabilitation.
The woman was ordered to pay court costs and victim costs, and has to take part in a drug rehabilitation programme.
