Anthony John Archer, of 105 Bracken Bank Avenue, Keighley, was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £320 for four offences of stealing meat products from the Co-op and one count of possessing diazepam tablets – an order was made for the tablets to be forfeited and destroyed Christopher Lee Madden, of 7 Cromer Grove, Keighley, was fined £210 for an offence – for which a community order had previously been imposed – of failing to attend an initial assessment after a sample had been taken under the Police and Criminal Evidence Act Kamran Arif, of 59 North Dean Road, Keighley, was ordered to pay £290 for keeping an untaxed vehicle on a public road
