Manorlands has received £470 following a series of fundraising activities at Farish House in Keighley.
Residents at the South Street Incommunities scheme staged a quiz and domino session, and there was also a party.
And a sponsored swim was held by Mavis Richardson.
She and Mavis Swatman and Ken Jones, who helped organise the events, handed over the cash to the hospice.
