A woman was injured when the car she was driving skidded on ice and crashed last night.
The 4x4 ended up on its side following the incident, in Tarn Lane, Laycock.
Firefighters helped remove the woman from the badly-damaged vehicle and she was taken by ambulance to Airedale Hospital.
Her injuries were not thought to be life threatening.
Fire crews from Keighley and Bingley were called out to the crash, at 7.50pm.
They spent about an hour at the scene.
“The casualty wasn’t trapped as such but we had to remove some doors from the vehicle in order to help lift her safely out,” said a fire service spokesman.
Bradford Council was alerted so the stretch of road could be gritted.
