Bradley residents are being given the chance to have a say about future development in their community.
Following the designation of the village as a neighbourhood area, Bradleys Both Parish Council can now prepare its own draft neighbourhood plan.
Working with Craven District Council, the plan will show how the level of growth identified in the area’s local plan will be met or exceeded.
Parish council chairman, Councillor Clare Wootton, said: “We are delighted the granting of area planning consent to the parish council is the first milestone on the way to having a neighbourhood plan for Bradley. This is a unique opportunity to have a say in the future development of our environment.”
