Fire crews are currently in attendance at an incident near the junction of Lawkholme Lane and Bradford Street in Keighley.
Police are also at the scene, which is close to where the Grange Street fire occurred last week.
Keighley NPT is tweeting that Lawkholme Lane is closed from the junction with Emily Street to the junction with Parson Steet.
