Fire crews are now reporting the earlier incident alert is a fire at the old snooker club in Wren Street, Keighley.
It's report states: Building fire - pumps five and aerials one. Snooker hall 40m x 30m 100 per cent involved, seven large jets and aerial in use.
Emergency planning requested to assist with the evacuation of about 30 residents. Fire Service Red Cross vehicle also mobilised to assist.
Appliances form Keighley, Haworth, Bingley, Shipley and Silsden attended with the aerial appliance from Bradford. Numerous specialist officers also attended.
