Manorlands could be forgiven for feeling sheepish about a donation this month.
Proceeds from the sale of a lamb at the opening primestock shows of the year at Skipton Auction Mart have gone to the Oxenhope Sue Ryder hospice.
The Mule lamb achieved the day’s top breed price of £100, having already been sold no fewer than four times at the Addingham & District Sheep Breeders’ Association annual charity show and sale the previous month – raising £830 in total.
