A group formed to oversee Silsden’s involvement in the Tour de France has held its inaugural meeting.
It includes representatives of Silsden Town Council, the youth council and gala committee.
Coun Adrian Naylor, who is leading the group, said there were also members of local churches and other individuals with an interest in the tour.
He added: “It’s a comprehensive group, open to all, with unlimited membership. The intention is to co-ordinate Tour activity around the town.”
