Schools and clubs in Keighley could benefit from a voucher scheme’s new focus on healthy eating and cooking.
Sainsbury’s has relaunched its Active Kids scheme. Customers of the supermarket receive Active Kids vouchers with their shopping, which can be donated to schools, groups and clubs registered with the scheme. The groups then ‘buy’ a range of sports and cooking equipment, or teachers can swap the vouchers for materials, ingredients and information for cooking activities.
Customers in Keighley have until May 22 to collect vouchers.
