An order was made for the drugs to be forfeited and destroyed Stuart Daniel Bennett, of 12 Woodhouse Walk, Keighley, was given a community order – with a requirement to carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work – and ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge for stealing three irons from B&M Stores and shampoo from Poundstretcher, and an offence of theft for which a conditional discharge had previously been imposed.
