The funeral of tragic mum Lorna Clymo, who fell to her death from a Keighley multi-storey car park earlier this month, was due to be held yesterday.

Family and friends were asked to assemble at Keighley Shared Church for the lunch-time ceremony for 42-year-old Lorna.

Keighley woman Vickie Bandy had agreed to sing the Faith Hill song There You’ll Be at the ceremony in honour of her friend.

Lorna, of North Street in Haworth, was found beneath the Airedale Centre car park early on the morning of February 1.

An inquest into her death was opened and adjourned last Wednesday, and will recommence at a date to be decided.

This week tributes to Lorna continued to be posted on the Facebook page of her partner, Mark Feather.

A member of Lorna’s family, who asked not to be named, last week told the Keighley News Lorna had been “a very special person with a radiant smile”.

She added: “Lorna was popular and well liked by everyone who knew her. She will be sadly missed.”

Lorna, a former Greenhead Grammar School student, had worked for Elmar HomeCare, and had a son, Josh, and siblings, Tony and Sharon.
