With reference to Councillor Graham Mitchell’s letter – ‘The self-appointed critics who suddenly became invisible’ (Keighley News, January 30).
Cave Town Council: The Soap Opera Of Keighley continues.
Is it a comedy of errors or a Rocky Horror Show? It does certainly provide a bit of light relief in the middle of winter.
On a more grown-up theme, maybe the Cave Town comedians might wish to take Graham Mitchell’s point on board. Keighley Town Council, and its many elected councillors over the years, are doing an excellent job in very difficult local and global circumstances. They need support, not unhelpful criticism. Instead of rehearsing for their soap opera, CTC should be campaigning to be elected by the people of Keighley.
