A Keighley sports goods store will reopen in a new location today.
Sportsdirect.com, which had occupied Unit 1 in Cavendish Retail Park, has moved to a larger premises at Unit 3. This site used to be occupied by a Poundstretcher store which burned down in an arson attack in May 2011.
A spokesman for Sportsdirect, which has more than 400 stores across the UK, confirmed the Keighley opening is creating 20 part-time jobs.
She added: “We are delighted to be opening our brand new store in Keighley.
“As our company continues to grow, our ethos has never changed, in that we offer our customers the biggest brands in all types of sportswear, footwear and sports equipment at low prices.”
