A council chairman is anxious about whether there will be enough toilets for the thousands of Tour de France spectators expected to descend on Haworth.
Councillor John Huxley, of Haworth, Cross Roads and Stanbury Parish Council, said he understood huge numbers of people could flock to the Cemetery Road area alone.
“My concern is where the hell are they going to go to the toilet?” he said. “We could have a major public health issue. I hope Bradford is going to provide us with a lot of temporary toilets.”
