Carpets on fire in Lawkholme
Firefighters were called to a rubbish fire in Lawkholme this afternoon.
The fire, in a pile of old carpets in Parson Street, had gone out by the time the crew arrived.
The carpets were piled next to a coalhouse in a yard.
