Haworth amateur actors have raised more than £600 to support people with breast cancer and their families.
A raffle was held during Haworth West Lane Baptist Amateurs’ production of Princess Ida last November.
The raffle, held during several performances of the Gilbert and Sullivan operetta, raised £657 for the breast cancer support group Haven.
The society performs a Gilbert and Sullivan show every autumn at the West Lane Baptist Church.
Members plan to perform their annual nostalgia show this spring to tie in with the Haworth 1940s Weekend. The show, entitled On The Air, will be on May 14, 16 and 17.
